CASE STUDY - AN INTEGRATED APPROACH

We were approached by UNHCR to devise a strategy for reducing attrition rates and increasing supporter loyalty. Bluefrog’s solution was to develop a programme called the 7 steps to survival.

The programme aimed to engage the supporter in the ongoing narrative of a family’s experience in a UNHCR camp.


This was achieved by implementing a sequence of bi-monthly emails and direct mailings that featured personalised updates and pointed donors towards an immersive 360 degree panoramic website.

Results are still coming in but so far it’s looking very positive. By month 4 of our programme, attrition was down by 6% compared to a control programme.
